Statewide Health Improvement Program RFP Available
The Minnesota Department of Health is soliciting applications for grant funding to reduce tobacco use and exposure and prevent obesity in Minnesota, through implementation of specific policy, systems and environmental interventions in four settings: schools, community, worksites and health care.
